Originally constructed in 1889, this house underwent a complete renovation. A rotting, oversized addition was removed, and extensive demolition was performed to expose the stud walls throughout the house. New footers and structural beams were added. The original hardwood flooring was salvaged. A small rear addition, garage, and side porch were added to the original structure.
